In this tour we will observe Inca and colonial places as well as a unique sample in the world where both periods are mixed.
To start the tour we will meet at the door of the Cathedral located in the Plaza de Armas.
First, we will visit the Cathedral, a place where you can discover stories, really unique traditions and interesting facts that will teach you the experience and beliefs of the Andean people; later we will go to Qoricancha also called "Convent of Santo Domingo", which was the most important temple of the Inca Empire, inside you can appreciate walls and rocks embedded and molded with pinpoint accuracy that is to say, the best of imperial Inca architecture. Then in the outskirts of the city we will visit Saqsayhuaman called in Inca times as "Casa del Sol"; where we will observe stone blocks of several tons of weight. Five minutes away we will visit Qenqo, an interesting magical, ritual and religious center, mostly dedicated to mummification. Then, 15 minutes later we will arrive at the Puca Pucara that back in the day was a military fortress, an also administrative and population control center. Finally, we will go to Tambomachay known as the "Baths of the Inca", an ancient Inca sanctuary to worship the water or use the water to worship nature.
Finally we will return to the city of Cusco.
