Get to know the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the main source of food in the Inca period, while we enjoy the spectacular landscapes created by snowy peaks, cultivated plots and irrigated by the Vilcanota River, we will visit the picturesque Pisac Market and its cultivation terraces of Inca architecture of the Archaeological Group of Pisac, the fortified citadel of Ollantaytambo and the unique town of Chinchero where its constructions and settlers still maintain ancestral traditions as a unique example of syncretism. As usual, accompanied by our expert guides of @ToCusco

The capital of the Inca empire is crossed by a valley located at the foot of the snowy peaks of the Eastern mountain range accompanied by the Vilcanota river, adorned by fortified citadels and towns that to this day maintain the customs of their ancestors make the sacred valley a place spectacular and intriguing that surprises everyone who visits it.

On this tour while traveling between colorful fields and traditional towns, we will visit archaeological places whose strategic functions ensured the well-being and safety of the Inca capital.

To start this experience we will meet ourselves at the main square, once the group is assembled we will walk towards transport.

On the way to the sacred valley of the Incas we will enjoy fantastic views of snowy peaks and fertile cultivation areas, 30 km away, we will arrive at our first destination, the picturesque Pisac Market, place where artisans from all over the town who still keep their productive activity in shape constant throughout the year they will show you their crafts and works of art; After a convenient time, we will travel 9 km to the Archaeological Group of Pisac on top of the mountain, where you will observe a complex system of terraces or cultivation terraces and Inca constructions grouped into six citadels that make up the most beautiful architectural and historical landscape of the area. After this visit, you will go to Urubamba and have lunch at a country restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch and then continue your journey to Ollantaytambo agricultural, administrative, religious, social and military complex whose upper part, the Spaniards called it Fortaleza, because it was the only enclosure that successfully resisted the cavalry of the Spaniards.

While we return to Cusco at 3,700 meters of altitude we will visit Chinchero where the Inca foundation architecture was merged with the colonial architecture, turning this place into a unique sample of syncretism as well as its inhabitants conserve the use of their typical garments characterized by the vividness of its colors and designs and currently still maintains the practice of "bartering" in Sunday fairs, as was done in the days of the incanato.

Finally we will resume our trip to the city of Cusco.
